Amedeo Salamoni Accepted to Art of the State Show
Amedeo Salamoni’s “Tall Silo Vase” has been accepted into Art of the State: Pennsylvania, a statewide juried competition for Pennsylvania artists. The exhibit will be on display at the State Museum in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania from June 26 through September 11, 2016.
Pieces for the exhibit were selected by Kevin Wixted, professor of Drawing and Painting at Alfred University, Marc Duke, fine art photographer, Beth Ann Gerstein, executive director of the American Museum of Ceramic Art, and Barbara McNulty, director of the Suzanne H. Arnold Art Gallery at Lebanon Valley College.

Amedeo Salamoni accepted into “What Goes Bump In The Night 2015′ National Juried Exhibition”
George School Ceramics Teacher was recently accepted into the “What Goes Bump In The Night 2015” national juried exhibition in at Clay Arts Vegas in Las Vegas, NV. The Victor F. Keen Gallery will be displaying one of Amedeo’s face jugs, titled “Hideous”. The “What Goes Bump In The Night 2015” exhibition will feature that which captures the art of the sublime, creepy, scary, things that make your skin crawl and captures the pain of personal suffering: there are many things in life that go bump in the night some physical some emotional and some psychological. All work will use clay as the primary medium and capture what we fear in the dark.
The exhibition dates are October 1st- November 1st 2015.
